Privacy Policy
Read the Sun AI Music Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, store, protect, and handle your personal data across our AI music tools and website.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how this site and its operator ("we," "us," or "our") collect, use, store, and share information when you use Sun AI Music, including through cookies and similar browser storage. It applies to the website, account features, AI music tools, payments, private music Library, and support channels we make available.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you use Google Continue, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We also create local User, account, and Session records needed to operate your account.
Creative Inputs and Results
We process information you submit to available music tools, including prompts, original lyrics, titles, style instructions, vocal or instrumental choices, and other settings shown by a tool. We also store Generation Job status, provider references, generated Tracks, download or export records, Likes, and deletion state needed to provide the private Library.
If a tool accepts an audio or other file, its interface will identify the accepted input and purpose. We do not treat a public page describing a future tool as permission to collect that input.
Payments and Credits
Waffo Pancake processes Subscription Checkout and billing management. We store the identifiers and facts needed to connect a payment, Subscription, refund, or dispute outcome to your account and to grant or revoke Credits and plan access. We do not store complete payment card details.
Contact Information
If you contact us, we process the name, email address, message, and related correspondence needed to respond.
Technical and Usage Information
Our hosting, security, and application systems may process IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, error details, and similar technical data. When an analytics service is configured, it may also process page visits and interaction information as described below.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Essential Cookies
Essential cookies support account Sessions, request security, and other core service behavior. Better Auth uses cookies so Google Continue can keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. Blocking these cookies can prevent account, Credits, Library, billing, and download features from working.
The site also uses a small cookie to remember whether the navigation sidebar is open or collapsed.
Google Account Features
When Google Continue or optional Google One Tap is enabled, Google may set or read cookies and process related device or account information under Google's own policies. One Tap supplements the site's existing Continue control and is not required to browse public pages.
Analytics
Production configuration may enable Google Analytics, Umami, Plausible, or Microsoft Clarity to help us understand page usage and technical performance. Depending on the configured provider and its settings, it may use cookies or similar identifiers. If no analytics configuration is present, that analytics script is not loaded.
The current site does not configure advertising, retargeting, or social-media sharing cookies.
Local and Session Storage
Some application state is stored directly in your browser rather than in a cookie. This can include the current music-player state, the Jobs associated with the current tab's session Library, and an unfinished account or Checkout continuation. This storage helps preserve the current task but is not a substitute for the private account Library.
Managing Cookies and Storage
Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage. You can also use provider-specific privacy controls or browser extensions to limit analytics. Deleting essential cookies signs you out, and blocking browser storage may prevent an unfinished Draft, player state, or Checkout continuation from being retained.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts and Sessions;
- validate inputs and submit requested AI or audio processing work;
- show Job progress and deliver retained results to the correct User;
- maintain Credits, plan access, Checkout, billing, refunds, and disputes;
- provide private playback and authorized downloads;
- answer support requests and investigate technical problems;
- prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and duplicate charges or Credit grants;
- understand and improve the service when analytics are configured; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
AI and Audio Processing Providers
Available AI music features use third-party processing services, including Kie APIs in the current Generation workflow. We send the creative input, tool settings, technical Job references, and media needed to perform the requested operation. These providers process that information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
We do not intentionally send your Google profile or complete payment details as part of a music Generation request unless a future tool clearly requires and discloses additional information.
Service Providers and Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that operate the site, including:
- Google for account access and optional One Tap;
- Waffo Pancake for Checkout, payment, and Subscription management;
- Cloudflare for Workers hosting, D1 database services, private R2 object storage, caching, security, and transactional email;
- AI and audio processing providers for requested tool results; and
- configured analytics providers, which may include Google Analytics, Umami, Plausible, or Microsoft Clarity.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Users or the service, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and Retention
Account, Session, Credits, payment, and Generation records are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. Public profile avatars and private generated audio files use Cloudflare R2 storage. Private music is delivered through owner-checked application routes rather than a public object URL.
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Deleting a Track or account may begin a cleanup process, but limited records may remain where required for payment, fraud prevention, dispute, backup, or legal purposes.
Security
We use access controls, signed callbacks, private storage paths, input validation, and other technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can manage supported profile and billing choices through the account settings made available to you, control cookies through your browser, or contact us for another request.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit prompts, lyrics, audio, images, names, voices, and other source material to a tool.
International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version.
